Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2–3 working days of purchase.

UK Orders: Sent fully tracked via Evri.

International Orders: Typically arrive within 1–3 weeks depending on the destination. Please note that international customers may be liable for customs charges or import duties.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Squijj purchase. In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for online shopping, our policy is as follows:

Your Right to Cancel: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item for a refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for "change of mind" returns.

Faulty Items: If an item arrives faulty or is not as described, please contact us immediately through the website footer so we can resolve the issue with a full refund or replacement.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
